Our company is one of the few firms in Turkey engaged in manufacturing shirts since 1974. As we are open to every innovation and technology, we have been able to stand for years and we can find our place in the sector with continuous improvement.
An important part of our production for over 20 years to export CMT and finished shirts for private labels all over the World and other part to selling our own branded shirts.
We are constantly developing ourselves with our professional team members. We take our strength from our robust infrastructure and reasonable prices.

ABOUT OUR SHIRTS

Each Pasasoy shirt is made from 45 different parts and sewn with 12 000 stitches.
Our range of shirt collars is designed to suit any style and face shape.

Quality shirt is mainly made of quality materials such as fabric, interlining, sewing thread and buttons.

We have a shirt for every occasion in different styles, from timeless meetings to formal evening dresses and comfortable casual wear at the weekend.

For us, high quality equals sustainability. We aim to produce long-lasting garments and to minimize negative environmental and social impact while doing so. We believe that the first step to a more sustainable clothing industry is to promote durable and timeless products.

Having control of our supply chain is a key. We focus on long-term relationships with a few partners and never compromise on fair labour conditions.

We see sustainability as a driver to improve our business. We explore materials with less environmental impact and help our consumer to prolong the life of their shirts.

DESIGN & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

We are committed to constantly improve and refine our products and production. Being a product specialist, we need to be innovative in every little detail in order to keep adding a sense of novelty and originality. The only way to do so is by controlling every step of the process – from choosing the best cotton fibres to using the exact right sewing technique.

Sustainable design is about creating long-lasting products in a way that minimises negative environmental and social impact. There is no room for shortcuts. Only work with the very best suppliers and always use the highest quality cotton available – spun, woven and finished in the best way possible. It all starts with the design phase. It’s when we choose the fit, material, colour, prints and trims that we can make those key sustainable choices that allow for environmental improvements throughout the entire value chain.
Finding sustainable materials of high quality is challenging, but we will always do our utmost to secure the best quality materials with the lowest environmental impact.

PRODUCTION

As a product specialist, we can monitor every stage of the production process in order to guarantee the superior performance for which Pasasoy is known.

We work closely with our suppliers and conduct weekly visits to guarantee the highest possible quality. All our suppliers are required to sign our code of conduct and code of ethics, which regulate the working conditions at each supplier. We perform regular controls, both in-house and external audits from independent third party organisations.

By using high quality raw materials and premium finishing processes, we create durable, timeless products that consumers can use for a long time. This quality and craftsmanship trans- lates into style and comfort for our customers to enjoy, but it is also a more sustainable, less wasteful approach to fashion.

By caring for your shirt in the right way, you not only increase its life length, but also decrease its negative impact on the environment.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

– Always follow the washing instruction for each shirt.
– Unbutton, turn up the collar and turn the shirt inside out.
– Do not overfill the washing machine.
– Set the washing machine on a low spin-dry.
– Once the washing program is finished, hang it on a hanger and button the collar. Stretch the cuff, collar and front placket softly. Do not wring the shirt.
– A light ironing may be desirable for that extra finishing touch. Avoid ironing the cuffs and collar on a high heat setting, lower the heat and iron them gently.

For normal wear shirts we recommend a 30-40C washing program. For more soiled shirts you can use a 40-60C washing program and if needed pre-treat any stain with a detergent approximately 30 minutes before washing. Set the machine on low-spin dry program, which saves energy and reduces the wear and tear. Always try to fill your washing machine – without overfilling. Measure washing powder accurately and follow the advice on the washing powder package in order to reduce any surplus. The amount of washing powder is determined by the hardness of your water. Softer water requires less washing powder. Furthermore, we do not recommend using a fabric softener since it is unnecessary to get the shirt clean. If possible let your shirt dry on a hanger in room temperature.
